Westminster, Maryland-based LAI International, a premier supplier of carbide precision machining, has completed the acquisition of Taneytown, Maryland-based R&M Manufacturing, Inc.The acquisition is effective January 1, 2022.

Dominic Monteil, President of R&M Manufacturing, will join LAI International as General Manager with more than 35 years of manufacturing experience.???? The combined company’s manufacturing capabilities include water jet, laser cutting, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining, Swiss lathes, electrical discharge machining (EDM), precision sheet metal fabrication, precision fabrication, certified welding, and assembly and finishing.????
